About Me

Some challenging situations in my life led me to explore myself more deeply and to discover techniques that could help me understand the roots of the difficulties we face.

Quantum Regression, which I studied with Libor Smetana, a student of Dolores Cannon and her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, brought me to a much deeper understanding of myself. Through introspection, I began to recognise patterns and aspects of myself that had previously remained hidden.

I came to understand how easily we can become trapped in the same patterns when we are unable or unwilling to see our own role in them. Change begins when we are ready to look honestly within ourselves.

Who is it recommended for?
